In Vietnam in some food stalls they have the dogs hanging next to the chickens and the ducks. I did not try.
I'm on an island (in Thailand) staying in a little bungalow shack on the beach. I feel familially welcome by the guy who runs this place, and by the people who stay here.
I do have a digital camera now, but those pictures were from a disposable...so I hope you are well(I noticed a tendency towards fatness in some folks I have known for a long time, I think besides the sedentariness and the fake food, that they have a subconcious, erroneous idea that people get bigger as they get older, until old age when you shrink. I think no way!)
I have a short article from a Cambodian newspaper for you. If I don't find time to send it I'll post it.
The adventure, I think you understand, is primarily an inner experience. That sounds pretentious as hell but not meant like that.
I hope you can travel sometime soon. Ah, time is irrelevant on this island.
